Clean Eating = Clean Kitchen
Your diet change starts with 3 steps in the kitchen
Everyone knows it: You have almost no space left in the refrigerator and you could fill half a supermarket shelf with it. In addition, there are products that you are not sure are still being produced and you have not dared to look for a long time to see if they have already developed their own biotope inside. No risk, no fun? You can do it, but you don't have to. At the latest, when you are sure that you will find something somewhere during the next candy hunt, without admitting where the find was and how half-melted the prey was, it is high time: A healthy diet starts in your kitchen!
Step No. 1: A new refrigerator
It's best to get everything out first. Expired items can be disposed of directly. Then you check what of the remaining things has gone bad and catapult them into the trash can. Now that the fridge is completely empty, quickly grab the rag and tadaaa: like new!
Step #2: Ciao Candy Cupboard
Even though this will certainly not be easy for you: The candy cupboard/drawer has to go. This will definitely make things easier for you during your dietary change. This way, you won't have any temptation around to call you when you have a craving. So it doesn't happen that you quickly snack on something unhealthy. The way to the kiosk or supermarket is then usually too far ;).
Step No. 3: Pantry 2.0
Here, too, you should take a look and clean out properly. Replace your wheat products with whole grain products. The long-chain carbohydrates will keep you full longer. You can also buy some canned or dried legumes and a wide variety of vegetables. These have a long shelf life and are optimal for healthy mixed meal recipes. Marie Kondo would be proud of you! Now that you've made room, Pretty Little Meals can make a wonderful entrance there, too. If stored correctly, they can be kept for 2-3 months. So you can easily use 2-3 flavors at the same time and bring variety into your everyday life.
